What is Love
It is wanting the BEST for someone...
especially for God's kids.
So, sometimes Love says,
That's not WHO I created you to be.
I have so much BETTER for you.
Love explains, I made you the heroine/hero
of My story, with the Holy Spirit
to manifest through you.
I made you to partner with Me.
But religion got out the whip.
And sin pulled out the knife
And the World deformed
My beautiful sculpture
that I had intended to create.
And then Satan laughed .
So Love interrupted
and said, I designed you as
a walking masterpiece.
Not to be hung in a museum
but to be placed in specific,
and even perfect settings,
that would cause certain people
to stop and pause and wonder.
And say,
So, that's how life could be lived.
And even reflect,
I've never seen such joy,
felt such peace,
heard such wisdom,
found such freedom,
tasted such sweetness.
sensed such confidence.
Yes, even at rock bottom
God says, I can change this
to be a turning point,
a defining point,
a time when ashes turn to beauty.
Yes, at ground zero.
A point in time when
not only did you get up
but you rose above
and became a soaring eagle
so people could only say,
That DEFINITELY was God
And all you can say is
Yep, I was scooped out
of the smoking rubble
with my hand in
God's hand and gradually
entered into God's very best THIS time.
And it was one step at a time,
one heartbeat at a time,
one breath at a time.
And just... look at me now:
Saved.
Healed.
Delivered,
Made Whole.
Prosperous.
Protected.
I have become the GOSPEL.
