On a night that's full of conflict
And the eyes will barely close,
In my mind appears a vision
Bringing peace to my repose.

It is NOT a view of simpler times,
I'm not a child again,
But in my pristine deja vous
My life is free of pain.

So what's within this mirror
That can ALL my strength renew?
Which sage has well-advised me,
With wise words on what to do?

'Tis a simple....facing upward
That the hope of life fulfills,
Potential to grow strong is found
In looking t'ward the hills.
