Seeking Healing

Here a great number of disabled people used to lie—the blind, the lame, the paralyzed. John 5:3 NIV

We see here that it was not just a few people but many who lay in this area of “the house of mercy” seeking healing from their infirmities. Hope was in the heart of those there that God would have mercy on them and that they might be the first into the pool after the waters had been stirred.

We are weak and sinners, needing our souls to be healed by the stirring of Christ’s words within us through the dwelling of the Holy Spirit. Come to Christ and see the house of mercy.
