We are all a little like tools in God's toolbox with which He does His work in the 🌎 world. He doesn't really need tools but chooses to use them anyway because he likes to relate to them as a way of building or fixing things that requires a different set of skills. Like a master builder he takes good care of his tools. Some may not be used for long periods of time and we might wonder why they were ever put in the box in the first place. Others look so different than the other tools that we may wonder if they can be rightly called a tool at all. But in either case some situation or need arises that calls exactly for that nearly forgotten tool. Some nook or cranny presents itself that only that seemingly odd shaped tool can easily fit itself into, or be readily fit into by the Master. That's the 🔑 key, the tool must be ready and patient for its time. The difference between the right tool for the job and the wrong one is the ease with which the desired result comes.
If it's a continuing struggle, it's the wrong tool and was never intended for that purpose or result.
