Servant does not know master business and time of arrival. Servant serves master and then eats. We are unworthy servants we have done our duty. If you take heed to all words people say your servant will curse you for often you also have cursed others. If you do not reprove your servant curses. Serve not to be served unto. Selfishness should be converted to selflessness. Greatest amongst be youngest. One who rules must serve. Greatest be servant and slave or willing servants of all. Servant is not greater than master. Messenger is not greater than the one who is the source of the message.

Service is gift of Holy Spirit. Service starts after worship. Serve the person next to you. Just God repays. So continue. - Hebrews 6:10. Three times Jesus predicted his death and three times disciple showed unbelief but three times Jesus told servant leadership. - Mark 8,9,10. Test of servant is you act like one when you are treated like one. Giving a cup of cold water does not lose reward. Serving prophet serving righteous man and serving Christians three are definitely rewarded. Because three are serving Jesus. Jesus came to serve not to be served unto. The word family came from the word famulous which means servant.

Greatest is to make volunteers serve. Slaves dulos means willing servants. Willing servants do not have independent wish or free voluntary will. Especially of righteousness because willing servants of is inevitable. Actually willing servants of obedience, holiness and eternal life are necessarily intended. In jewish culture son is slave until he gets property. Obey God’s voice whether it makes sense or not. Jesus as suffering servant encircled with honour in Isaiah 53. Some workaholic see work as God but why worry because Jesus is only deity and his gospel is our piety service. Social service comes next to gospel.

Soul-winning must be the one measuring output of service. Some go to ministry to claim that they are masters and kings but we are fellow servants. Ministry is work out salvation not kingdom. Then Christ makes you royal priesthood and holy nation. Authority should be obeyed for every. Disobedience is costly and only cause of fear. Abraham servant Eliazer found Rebekah that she is example for service. When she watered ten camels and hosted guests. Even prostitute Rahab counted for her service. If you take a step of service, rest is history.

In biblical times when master receives Christ all his servants receives also. For example Philippian jailor and Lydia household of Macedonia. God is most glorified when servant is most satisfied in master even in suffering. Serve as you are serving Christ. To cover first offense we need to multiply offenses be plain with God otherwise bitter root grows. Only God does not have authority. But God also has rules. He must be holy always. If you bow before duties no need to bow before any other things.

Strong servant is not the master of weak servant and weak servant is not the master of strong servant God is the master of both of them to God they are accountable. Romans 14:4. Good servant gives life for service but hired servant runs away in the times of perilous conditions. Selfish service should be converted to selfless service. Worthy servants share in master's happiness but unworthy are thrown into darkness where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth. Obedience is the power for servant. No need to fear for anything but only for disobedience. Disobedience is costly and only cause of fear.

Servants will work better if you give personal attention to them. This is called Hawthorne principle. God will not give you bogus but gives you bonus. Talebearer servant words like wounds go into deep belly. Good master falling down before wicked servant is like corrupt spring and troubled fountain. A wicked servant who boasteth himself of righteous servant is like clouds and wind without rain. Trusting unfaithful servant in the times of trouble is like broken tooth and lame foot. Good servants should cross second mile to be best servants willingly. God never repents or changes his mind about service call. Your character should say you are a servant. Every one cannot get service call obviously. First Holy Spirit then service. As a servant cleverly serves master so we have to cleverly get raptured.

Servants who know the Lord are different from servants who do not know the Lord. Polemicists explain Christians about Christ. Apologists explain non-Christians about Christ. Navigators goes to universities to proclaim gospel. Three of them are God’s servants who should cross second mile. Peter in 1 Peter 4:11 says serve with the strength Lord provides. Then God richly provides. In Romans 12 service is given by Apostle Paul by the grace of God in his life to the grace of believers. These both references include service as a fruit of the tree of grace. And service should result in grace. Grace reaching more and more people causes overflowing thanksgiving to God. Servant has rules, boundaries and targets. Years of service means years of work experience. Lazy servants should learn from ants else building leaks and rafters sag.

There are two forces acting on bob rotating from a centre in a circle. They are centripetal and centrifugal. Centripetal acts towards the center and centrifugal acts away from the center. Christian servants should be centrifugal. Go into the people groups of other faiths. If one serves next other serves. There should be equality. God does not want one to serve always and others relieved. There is no respect of persons with God. Manna should be taken 2 liter or one omer. If you take more or less it will come to 2 litre or one omer. This miracle is example for equality in service. There is no unity between believer and unbeliever even in the aspects of mastership and servanthood. Unbeliever cannot know or accept Holy Spirit. Be willing to do lesser works.
