Who can know the Wind? The great channels of the four winds commanded by God, to even bring forth breath into dry bones. Ezekiel 37:9-10

Who can know the winds, commanded by God to prevail against the Red Sea; charting a path for the children of Israel to walk through on dry land. Exodus 14:21

Who can know the power of the winds that intercept the channels of the oceans; creating whirlwinds of water that escalate into hurricanes and tsunami; reeking havoc and destruction upon nearby shores.

This invisible power that comes from the four corners of the earth; what is it's mission? Combined with rain it cleanses the earth of debris and grime like a giant broom.

In the season of Autumn wind serves to blow dried leaves from the trees; leaving the branches to lie in dormant preparation for another rich blossom after the winter freeze.

Again by the dual forces of nature, a centrifical force of wind and rain create giant whirlwinds that unleash tornadoes that engulf everything in it's path; decimating entire communities.

Often a very destructive force but also a calming embrace cooling the sweat of our brows on a hot sunny day. Or that cool gentle breeze on a smoldering hot summer night.

This invisible wind reminiscent of an invisible God, who's power is almighty; against which man can only stand - in awe.


Psalm 135:7
He causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth: He maketh lightnings for the rain: He bringeth the wind out of His treasuries.

Psalm 33:8
Let all the earth fear the Lord: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.

Psalm 148:8
Fire, and hail; snow, and vapour; stormy wind fulfilling His word:
