You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’ John 3:7 NIV

The word you hear refers to the children of Abraham, and also to us today. What Jesus is telling Nicodemus is that there is no way for sinful man, in that state to commune with a Holy, Divine God. God must be communed with in Spirit and it can only occur with the Sprit of God within the human communing with God the Father and God the Son. Being reborn is not an option to see the kingdom of God.

Do you remember when you were reborn? Then communing with God was a blessing given unto you!
