How unlikely
None would ever have suspected
That it is in taking up his cross
That we are taught
That we learn
That it is in taking up his cross
That we find rest but
Also find our work and get it done.

Jesus did not suffer and die so that
We would not have to suffer and die,
But rather so that we wouldn't have to do so meaninglessly or without purpose.
