We as God's people have a living Hope

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time." 1 Peter 1:3-5

We can be encouraged that we have a hope that lives in us whose name is Jesus Christ. He is a spirit-being, and his spirit births a new way of life that flows from his spiritual life.

The fullness of life in Jesus that we inherited --- as sons and daughters --- resulted from God's mercy --- whose love is infused into every nook, cranny, and fiber of our human frame. Jesus's life in us fosters a lifestyle bearing this hope as spiritual truth and spiritually enlightening our path as distinct people of a holy God.

All life flows and is sustained from Jesus as spirit-being in us, and when our time is finished on earth, we return to God in our spiritual form as no physical body or attribute will pass through his purification fires.

Nor can we take anything we acquired from our human standpoint into our eternal resting home after our death.

Only those actions accomplished according to his will and carried out in a sincerely motivated attitude of love will remain. Our role is to learn to grow in our understanding of appropriating his life. Our purpose is to remain nearly abiding and interconnected in his divine nature as our source of living this Christian faith.

This way of being stems from the teachings of Jesus Christ, and in having received the full manifestation of his spiritual life, we are sufficiently empowered. We lack nothing needed to live as godly image-bearers.

We are not a people without hope, regardless of what we experience or the many fiery ordeals we will endure as pilgrims on earth.

As the family of God, we seek our life from his supernatural power, displaying spiritual fruits of his truth and light --- touching others with an imperishable hope known in a living Christ!

In each moment of each hour of each day ---- Jesus's life nurtures and cultivates his life as our holy source of living hope in all seasons.

If we remain focused in Christ as life and allow his purposes to continue redirecting our passions, our affections, and our attention, his life will flow outwardly, manifesting his love, light, truth and hope ---- even in difficulties.
