There is no worse ignorance than denying those who walk in our midst and are called the 'invisible' ones.
We are the Christ-ones sent into the world to serve anyone regardless of status, gender, color, race, wealth, poverty. All-inclusive Love becomes our creed.
Each individual is created in the image of God and each person is worthy of respect and dignity.
In our churches today, does believer biases affect those who desire to be inside a 'welcoming' church, but often are not accepted nor do they feel invited or welcomed?
Many in churches gather to profess devotion and consecrated selflessness, yet are blind to the disenfranchised, the ill, the disabled, and the 'invisible' ones who walk among us in silent voices.
Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil, may be one's belief. Yet there is a present day culture that exists inside churches whereinordinate preferences, in applauding some and not others is taking place. Some are being avidly encouraged due to being favorites while others are left behind in the dust to beg for scraps under the table.
The radical message that came to earth in the form of a man named Jesus who was also God teaches us to not give inordinate attention to some while neglecting others.
Jesus lived a lifestyle that dissolved barriers of eliteness and forms of religion. Jesus walked among the multitudes offering free access and warmly invited all to come to Him, including the children.
Jesus came to offer all people mercy and grace. Jesus had no exclusions, no exceptions and no walls built to prevent access to His all-inclusive Love.
Jesus did not use hate language or despise behaviors or communicate disgust or rejection when encountering humans entrenched in horrific habits harming themselves and others.
Jesus never confronted behaviors, but He came to us in our need and He came to us in our spiritual poverty - our greatest need.
Jesus did not separate, divide or catergorize persons according to appearance, title, status or position. Jesus offered each person the same equal access --- inviting anyone, sinners and righteous ones, to come sit at His open table to eat, to celebrate and to feast on the goodness of God.
Jesus is the person whose radical call to love is held as His highest call upon our hearts ---- above any doctrine, any denomination, any dogma and any other 'thing' we want to attach to love.
We are not the judge, jury and executioner of others lifestyles, choices or behaviors. Our role and the call upon our lives is the call to love and love establishes ways of being that shows accountability, respect, mutual agreements of conduct, mutually giving and taking and mutually growing together.
There are no lone rangers in God's kingdom and there are not souls left isolated and alone, but within the community all are welcomed to come warm themselves at the hearth of God's love who embraces and shows a way that is beyond human understanding.
God's love calls us to live in the nearness of relationships in community offering support, encouragement in showing this new way of being is more than words written in a book.
This message is Love coming Alive in you and in me and in us as we move together in this world manifesting the Kingdom as sons and daughters. We are fruit bearers flowing in the life blood of Christ as our source of living this faith life!
If we have not love then we know not God and if we know not God it is impossible to know what real, authentic and true love even is.
The call to love God as preeminent in our thoughts, minds and souls and our neighbors as oursleves is the highest godly trait we are commissioned to carry out.
There is no higher callling than allowing the love of Jesus to pass through our absolute surrender in our inability to be this love.
The love we are chosen, called and commissioned to bring to this earth as the holy fragrance of Christ is to share with all divine presence.
God's ove does not come from education, knowledge, books, or prestige. the purity of divine love is manifested and display when we are not and when Christ becomes our everything!
God desires his love to flows freely to every person created and there are absolutely no exceptions or exclusions!
