A touching story

There was a man who was always quarrelling with his wife. He always complained over little things. One day, the man told one wise man that he wanted to divorce his wife. The wise man asked him the reason why he decided to divorce his wife. The man said " I just don't like her anymore because she now looks thin, ugly and older than her age." The wise man said " I want you to do something before you divorce her. I want you to tell your wife that you are travelling to a very long distance. So after you have spent up to six months on that journey, then you can now come back home." The man was wondering what the wise man meant by his advice but he agreed to do as he said. After six months completed, the man came back home and was surprised by what he saw. His wife has become very young, beautiful and put more weight. The man quickly ran to the wise man and told him what he saw. The wise man said " can you now see that Prettiness is inside Peace while Urgliness is inside unhappiness. Your wife looked ugly when you were with her because you do not give her a peace of mind. Your incessant complaints over little things created a stress in her which affected her look. Truely your wife ate a good food when you were with her, but eating a good food cannot make her look good when there is no peace of mind. It is a peace of mind that can help. That is why the bible says Proverbs 17:1 Better is a dry morsel, and quietness therewith, than an house full of sacrifices with strife. Whenever your wife felt your presence, she became unhappy because she knew you would find something to complain about. Don't you know that there are three "P". So it is your first "P" (which is your presence) that is creating problem for the last "P" (which is Prettiness) because you did not allow the middle "P" (which is peace) to come into your home. So if you wants your wife to look pretty, let your PRESENCE be PEACEFUL so that your wife will looks PRETTY." The man thanked the wise man but asked for the reason he asked him to travelled for six months. The wise man said "When I discovered that the first "P"( your Presence) was the problem, I decided to send it away so that the middle "P"(Peace of mind) will have a chance to come, so that it can help the third "P"( Prettiness). Now that you have come back home, I want your first P(Presence) to embrace the Middle P(Peace) in order to get the third P(Prettiness).
