A Play on Words

 Have we not all noticed how marketing companies use a play on words to sell us a product?

 For instance the use of the word, “NEW” on the container when inside the container is the same old product.

 All serious Christians are aware that there is an effort to redefine the “Church” and it is NOT the same kind of marketing strategy that is used for selling products.

 The Church remains named “The Church,” but what is inside “The Church” is very different than the original Church of the New Testament.

 In true Satanic fashion, they know better than to remove all the truths of the Bible, so, they redefine them, or present half of a truth and defy anyone to present the other half of the truth. Pretending that would be an annulment of their half of the truth.

Everything in life is not EITHER/OR. Some things are AND.

For instance, ^1. “God is Love.” True. AND God is also...^2. “angry with the wicked everyday.” That is also truth.

 ^3. “God loves you just like you are,” is absolutely true. What they won’t tell you is that He has no intention of leaving you just as you are, because God wants to rid us of sin, ^4. and for us to become more like Him.

Recently I was in a Church that seemed to be balanced; but I discovered, not so much.

The Pastor was very charismatic, a God Praiser, and seemingly a man of prayer.

I am an ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and so I preach and I teach Scripture. This was a fairly new Church gathering, so the Pastor asked me to preach and to teach on certain assigned times, and I gladly accepted the opportunity.

The Pastor asked me to come see how he wanted the New Believer Classes done, and that he wanted me to instruct them the way he did. I went, the first red flag was waving at me.

The class material was 13 pages, taken off-line, and was a presentation of far Left Catholics known for their Marxist philosophies. However, this was not a Catholic Church.

I approached him a few days later with the question, “Do you believe the statements in this material? I had critiqued it with written factual evidence, and with Scriptural evidence, showing it to be in error of Biblical truth.

Christian Socialism or Christian Marxism, believes that God has given us an EXAMPLE of how to use government and community to carry out His will on Earth, and that is about as involved as God gets with us.

The Pastor said that he had hurriedly taken it off-line and had not really read it before he presented it to the class. What kind of Pastor would feed his new sheep with something he had not previously approved? 

BUT soon I learned he did not want the Epistles taught because he did not want “these sensitive” people to feel condemned. He wanted them to, “just feel loved.”

 The SECOND red flag.

The Scriptures do NOT condemn. The Scriptures EDUCATE.

The Scriptures tell us what God calls sin, and tells us WHY we don’t want to choose those activities.

I was told that the Pastor said he did not want petty sins like ^5. fornication to be talked about in his Church. I asked him if he said it? He did not deny it.

So, I received a call from him a few days later telling me that I could continue to sing in the Praise Team, IF I wanted to, but I was not to preach or teach anymore.

I’ve been thinking about our Churches, it is little wonder people, even some believers, won’t attend. “Church” just isn’t what it is supposed to be.

In my opinion, this Pastor wants to establish a Club called, “We Just Feel Good.”

A Club that serves Bible Buffet, “take what you like, throw the rest away.”

Why does he want to call it “Church” when he withholds Scriptural Truth from the congregants?

Yes they do, they call for people to trust Jesus for salvation, believe in healing, baptism in The Holy Spirit, but do not want the deceitfulness of sins to be warned about, just finger popping happy, that’s all.

Jesus, Himself warned about people who would say, ^6. “We have cast out devils and done many great works in Your Name,” that He would say, “Depart from Me, I never knew you.”

God says, ^7. “You be holy because I am holy.”

^8. The Bible says those who live in committing certain sins, “cannot enter the Kingdom of God.”

Do these people NEVER read their Bibles??
