Sometimes we may think we have a full understanding of some subject or event, when in reality we have only an outline or framework which is in need of detail. As complete as it may feel at the time, what we really have is a sketch which fellowship can make more complete, fellowship with certain others at key moments and fellowship with God. But we have to be humble enough to receive the treasure of enrichment in that fellowship that can build on that which has only begun to develop and take shape within us. The piece we had was not the final word on the matter, it turns out, but only a temporary phase. All of this is meant to be part of an exciting process that keeps us learning together all our lives
