Another Candle

Our birthdays come-
Our birthdays go-
And each one adds
A candle's glow.

The added candle
Takes more breath-
But no more candles
Would mean death.

So, blow your candles
Out with cheer-
Another candle
Means you're here.

Another candle
Is your sign
That God has given
You more time.

Job 12:10 (NIV)

creature and the breath of all
mankind.

Today, will you "cheerfully" take a deeper
