The chosen ones that are dearest,
Holy with compassionate hearts;
Humbleness and sincerest,
The meekness in their mind imparts.

The kindness of humility,
With the patience that perseveres;
Has caring for humanity,
And to the one true God reveres.

Keeps bearing with one another,
Even if one has a complaint;
Able to forgive each other,
Keeping anger under restraint.

By forgiving one another,
As the Lord has forgiven you;
You also forgive your brother,
So that you always remain true.

And above all these put on love,
Which binds it all in harmony;
For continuing peace thereof,
That will blend like a symphony.

Let the peace of Christ rule your heart,
For one body that you were called;
That has given you a new start;
No longer are you being flawed.

Let the Word of Christ dwell within,
Richly teaching in all wisdom;
For admonishing any sin,
That stops access to His Kingdom.

Sing the psalms and spiritual songs,
The hymns of thankfulness and praise;
Asking forgiveness of your wrongs,
Continue through the nights and days.

For no matter in word or deed,
Do it in the name of the Lord;
Giving thanks of all that you need,
As you remain in one accord.

Husbands must always love your wife,
The same as Jesus loves the church;
Together live a Christian life,
Through the Bible answers you search.
