Father, here I am knocking at Your door,
Will You open up Your heart and take me in?
It’s You I’ve been seeking, it’s You I’m looking for,
For the world is oh so dark and terror stricken.

I followed the Light and He brought me to You,
For He said He had prepared a place for me.
He said that where He was, I could be there too,
But up till now it’s always been a mystery.

I know that in Your house, there are many mansions,
But that’s not what I’m really looking for!
But a Friend and a Helper, and some interventions,
By You reaching out Your hand unto the poor.

Father look down from heaven onto mother earth,
Is this what You've created her to be?
She’s grown so very cold since the day of her birth,
Your love she’s needing now so desperately.

Take Her in Your arms and hold her very close,
Look upon her pain and suffering.
Pour out the Spirit of the One who has arose,
Of the One who gave His life for her well-being.

Go knocking on some doors, knock until they hear,
Bring some food to delight their very soul.
Please go from door to door, be a volunteer,
Just loving every one until their whole.

Our gracious loving Father, there’s nothing You can’t do,
You’re the best, You’re the greatest, You’re the Man.
Things thought impossible are just a snap with You,
Why You can even heal the world, oh yes, You can!

John 14:1—“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. (2) “In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I GO TO PREPARE A PLACE FOR YOU. (3) And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; THAT WHERE I AM, THERE YOU MAY BE ALSO. (4) “And WHERE I GO YOU KNOW, and THE WAY YOU KNOW. (5) Thomas said to Him, Lord, WE DO NOT KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GOING, and HOW CAN WE KNOW THE WAY? (6) Jesus said to him, “I AM THE WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE. NO ONE COMES TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH ME.

Psalm 60:1—Oh restore us again! (2) You have made the earth tremble; You have broken it; HEAL ITS BREACHES, FOR IT IS SHAKING.

Psalm 107:20—He SENT HIS WORD and HEALED THEM, and DELIVERED THEM from THEIR DESTRUCTIONS. (21) Oh, that men would give thanks to the Lord for HIS GOODNESS, and FOR HIS WONDERFUL WORKS to THE CHILDREN OF MEN!
