To the one who said, “most have only enough morality to keep them out of trouble but not to get them into heaven” I would say that not to gain entrance into heaven is the biggest trouble of all because it is an eternal trouble, and because there is only one other destination! That other destination is a hellish one because it is hell itself. Only one can deliver us from the eternal trouble of that alternate eternal destination, and that is the only one who ever did have enough morality to get to heaven in the first place: Jesus Christ who was perfectly moral. There is no referendum on this moral addendum.
