"Resist the devil and he will flee" James 4:7

There are 3 major ways you can pray a prayer of resisting Satan.

-The Blood of Jesus
-The Name of Jesus
-The Word of God

Notice the word "flee". It is different from run. Flee connotes a flight with great fear and terror, like a terrified dog that runs away in great fear with its tail in its hind. Flight is quite faster than running and Satan is the Lord of the flies (Beelzebub), so he sure knows how to fly when he gets an irresistible order to do so. You can put him to flight. Resist him with the blood of Jesus, name of Jesus and the word of God.

Rev. 12:11 says: "they overcame him by the blood of the lamb and by the word of their testimony; The "word of their testimony" is the name of Jesus. These 3 areas are very effective in resisting Satan. Use the blood of Jesus to draw a bloodline of hedge of protection around you and your family against the enemy. Satan dares not cross it. He know the scripture: "whosoever breaks a hedge, the serpent shall bite" Eccl. 10:8. Quote the scriptures (the word of God) that affirm the supremacy of Jesus over him and tell him that the blood of Jesus is against him. He hates to hear that. Tell him he has to bow to the Name of Jesus because "God has highly exalted the name of Jesus above every name, that at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things in earth; and that every tongues should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord" including Satan! Phil.5:9. Issue commands to him in the name of Jesus and say it loud into the air. Remember, death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruits thereof" Prov. 18:21.

PRAYER POINTS
I command a battalion of army of locusts, palmerworm, cankerworm and caterpillar to invade, shatter, batter, scatter and destroy to extinction, all satanic forces carrying out occultic, witchcraft, psychic and physical assignments against me and all that I represent. I speak an immediate complete and permanent destruction to all their past and present operations and call their future attempts and imaginations on me, my spouse, children and all that we represent, never seeded, never manifest and never to prosper, null and void from now on and till everlasting, un Jesus¡¦ name.

I release a legion army of locust, palmerworm, cankerworm, caterpillar to eat up to utter and irreparable destruction, all and every certificates and warrants of affliction, poverty, lack and spiritual passivity that Satan and his cohorts use as legal grounds and open doors to carry out their operations in my life and home in Jesus¡¦ name.

I revoke and terminate immediately, completely and permanently, all blood covenants, pacts, deals and binding agreements made ignorantly or deliberately by me, spouse, our parents, in-laws and all our ancestors, down to the first generation and command their benefits and ministrations to cease completely in the name of Jesus.

I break all soul ties and attachment of evil connecting me to the mistakes, problems and failures of my ancestors. I break loose from them all at this moment and renounce all their potentials and call myself free from their strongholds as from now on in Jesus¡¦ name.

Remember, praying this prayer point means you are already in covenant relationship and in right standing with God. David said: ¡§If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me¡¨ Psalm 66:18. ¡§The Lord heareth not sinners¡¨ Jn. 9:31, because ¡§He is of purer eyes than to behold iniquity¡¨ Hab. 1:13. We cannot be in sin and ask that grace would abound. Never! Rom. 6:1.

If you are yet to give your life to Jesus, pray the sinners¡¦ prayer, not because if what you intend to get, but because of His works for you on Calvary.
