Heavenly Father,

When it feels like nothing I do is working,

When I feel like my life isn’t going anywhere,

When I don’t have the energy to pray,

When your Word no longer touches my heart,

When I’ve lost all joy in ministry,

And the strength to serve you,

When going to church is too much of a burden,

And I don’t feel like talking to anyone,

When I can no longer lift my voice to sing your praises,

And troubles have overwhelmed me,

When nothing motivates me to get out of bed in the morning,

And I’ve lost all faith and hope,

Please help me know that your grace is enough,

And renew my strength by your Spirit,

Please continue to remind me of the great hope I have in Christ,

And help me to live each new day by your power and not my own.
