Prayers
People who love to curse don't realize that they are inviting curses to return back to them like a boomerang Their blessings will dry up and disappear. Perhaps that is the a curse itself.
In order to receive blessings, you must stop cursing because cursing stops the flow of blessings into your life, those that love cursing are described in symbolic language in Psa. 109:17-19. A garment and a girdle is a piece of clothing that wraps itself around the person's body. The fluids water and oil are used symbolically as that which saturates, permeates, invades a person's bowels and bones. The picture is as what happens to the cursing ones those who are clothed by a garment of cursing, enveloped in cursing, saturated in cursing and wears the curse like a girdle.
Is it the actual curses that return back to the haunt the one cursing
Psa 109:17‑19 KJV As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him. {18} As he clothed himself with cursing like as with his garment, so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones. {19} Let it be unto him as the garment which covereth him, and for a girdle wherewith he is girded continually.
Proverbs 18:21
The tongue has an awesome power. It can heal or harm, bless or curse, produce good or bad fruit, produce joy or sadness. The tongue has an owner. The owner of the tongue has the power to decide his future by what comes out his mouth. The owner of the tongue has awesome power. Those that love uttering words of death and life eventually experience what they love speaking. Decide to Speak death and you will eat the fruit of death. Decide to speak life and you will eat the fruit of life.Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
Proverbs 26:2
A curse must have a basis. A curse that has no base or reason for cursing: "is as the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come." An unbased curse that is uttered is like an airplane circling an airport. forever
Proverbs 3:33 (NKJV) The curse of the Lord is on the house of the wicked,But He blesses the home of the just.
Isa 54:16-17 No verbal (curse) weapon or physical weapon shall prosper or flourish against you. He is the Creator-Blacksmith and you are His child. The ability to refuse any curse is your inheritance (right) and is a part of being His servant IE being born again.
(16) Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.(17) No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.
Gal 6:7-8 The type of Seeds sown produce a similar harvest; this is called the Law of the harvest. Sowing Good seeds produce a good harvest. Sowing Bad seeds produce a bad harvest. Sowing no seed produces no harvest. A good harvest is God's blessings or the favor of God. A bad harvest is called a a judgment or a sentence. Like physical seed there is a period of time necessary for the seed to sprout and the growth of a plant to place of fruitfulness.
(7) Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. (8) For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
Ecc. 8:11 Some things take time. Do not test God! To harvest a crop, such as corn, or vegetables, a period of time is necessary . Like produces like. If you bless you will receive blessings. If you curse you will received curses. Because the consequences are not seen immediately, man thinks God does not exist or He does not care.
(11) Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
James 3:10-12 Our mouth is like a spring or a fountain.
When we take a shower, we adjust the flow of hot and cold water to produce hot-cold water of right temperature. But when we bless and curse at various times or to various person we produce a speech mixture or a bless-curse pronouncements. We are fooling ourselves if we think that it is possible that we can turn our mouth off and on to bless or curse at will. What we speak , like what we think and do must be pure.
(10) Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be. (11) Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter? (12) Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh. Jas 3:10-12 KJV
Like the children of Israel, God we must decide what we want in life. do we want life or death, blessings or cursing. Deut. 30:19-20
(19) I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life that both thou and thy seed may live: (20) That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.

(15) But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:
Psalm 94:1-3(KJV) 94 O Lord God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself. 2 Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud. 3 Lord, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
Romans 12:18-21 (KJV) 18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. 19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. 20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. 21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
