Habits, good or bad are formed from practices that are incessantly in our day to day. What we do so often stand the chance of incubating some habits. Habits are capable of growing, spreading their tentacles, taking hold on us until they are strong and cannot easily be uprooted. What ever we do in our lives with great ease or unconsciously had graduated into the position of habit and will either bring blessing or woes. Habits usually task our gifts and abilities, bad ones use these wrongly. A man may cook up reasons for some habits development but their rewards or fruits will enter into such life without excuse or apology. we need to Watch the habit we form. Good habits will be blessing but be sure bad ones will harvest so many sorrow in into a life and to others around him. may Gd help us to leave a life that brings solution rather than being catalog of problems to our selves and others!
