Immediately he introduced me to his Ak-47, maliciously assisting me to hold it, the weight of the ammunition pulled me into the position that he wanted me in.

I was only shy 120 pounds and so attempting to hold it, turned into bowing ̶ on my knees, begging him please! Telling him what he wanted to hear, “If you would just put the gun down I’ll do what you please”.

My mind was racing and all I could think is ̶ if I would’ve just waited to start dating, if I would’ve just waited to trust in a man… then maybe just maybe this wouldn’t be happening again. Yes again, how foolish was I putting my trust in another man.

Begging and pleading Jesus please be with me. Thinking if I would have just listened… to my mama. My mind was racing and all I could think is if I would’ve just waited then maybe just maybe the spirit of lust wouldn't have trapped me.

You see patience is key, Please don’t be like me, Wait! The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy, and, desperation, rebellion, and inconsideration is only access doors… to let him in. For years I never told a soul because I felt as though I was wrong. Not knowing it wasn’t my fault. These were grown men who had no business searching me out.

So much pain, Self-blame and doubt ̶ why me? How could this be? Well that’s not the end, would you believe if I told you these men were friends? Yes, I later found out and without a doubt the proverb, “Birds of a feather flock together" made sense. So knowing this please understand how wise it is to be mindful when choosing a friend.

Amos 3:3, Can two walk together unless they have agreed to do so? To have a friend is to befriend, to befriend is to side with, and to side with is to agree.

There’s a friend in Jesus who loves you and cares. If you would just trust him he will dry all your tears. Jesus died on Calvary for you and I, that we may be healed, live and not die.

God grace is why I can say if it had not been for God… if it had not been for God then the little girl with no patience would have just died.

You may be innocent, vulnerable or searching for love, wait, have patience and trust in the man above because there is no man who can give his immeasurable love!

Psalms 46: God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
