We have started the Lenten season February 14^th – April 1^st.  Lent is a commemorative time of Christ’s fasting in the Wilderness.  It’s a time to revive the mystery and wonder that is your relationship with Jesus Christ. This season we are focusing on “Lose Yourself Find Yourself”.  A time to really look at yourself and really get to know the person you are, your strength’s and your weaknesses.  Work on figuring out how Jesus fits in the image that is you.  This should be a time of prayers and self-reflection. 

An Action you take each is to paint a rock or draw a picture of the thing you want to improve about yourself or the things you want to change or make less prominent part of you.  Share with Jesus and pray.  Each week or as Easter approaches, give the rock or picture to someone ask them to pray with you, or throw it away and ask Jesus to strengthen you to accomplish your task or simply keep it as a reminder.  You will know what would be best for you.  We are all one in Jesus Christ but each of us has unique walk and step with him.  Treasure you uniqueness.  Many at church have you in our Prayers.  May God Bless you…………………….
