As Christians we have some difficult trials but
Living by faith creates an opportunity for
The Lord to help us; He is our fighter
Jehovah-Nissi is our guide!
We are justified in His Name and
At times if we are dissatisfied with something
Jesus must still be glorified!

Fear is dangerous—in Christ we are victorious
It can overwhelm God’s people and
Make them lay down their weapons
Even before the battle has begun!
But we know that Jesus is our sign of conquest!
When we find ourselves in a place called 'Rephidim'
The Lord is our conqueror!
Jehovah-Nissi is our guide; Jehovah Sabaoth is our fighter
Remember we are part of the Bride
So when we collide with a problem, we
Go to the Rock of the Ages
In life we see that the Lord is always helping people
Therefore, we know that God is a helper!
The Lord will fight for us; He is our God
