Lord I pulled myself out of bed today,
My heart was weak,
My words were gray,
And then I sat silently alone,
My silence gathered my peace,
My heart,
And my words to glorify you,
I needed not a vitamin,
I needed not caffeine,
What I needed I found in you,
I realized that through you I became stronger,
Through you I spoke sweet pleasing words,
Words that rung with wisdom and love,
Words that made ears eager to digest,
Spirits roar,
And seek after you,
I decided to live my life through you,
And for you,
Always giving you the glory.
