Somebody made the statement once,
"GOOD writing finds a home!"
THAT message gives ME second-thoughts....
(MY writing's on the 'roam'!)
Now, I'm not one to whimper
Or 'toot my horn' so much.
But I begin to wonder
If I really have the 'touch.'
It's good to be encouraged
As readers...READ and look,
And many times I wonder
If I could write a book.
But as I fret and ponder
And try to find a rhyme....
Hey...I was born in thirty-eight...
I'm running out of time1
