Dear friend,
In a world where anything goes as long as it is popularly accepted and endorsed, a timely warning from God to prepare for the end-time is usually conceived as another platitudinous joke! To the saints the spirit of unbelief attempts to numb, paralyze, and drown our spiritual sensitivity. To sinners, it arouses all manner of sensual, rational, and philosophical arguments to allay the gravity of such scriptural warnings.

There are two obvious pointers indicating the emergence of the end-time. The liberal manifestation of the gift of marriage and the gift of wealth or abundance. By the regular manifestation of these two powerful gifts, there shall be regular, noisy, and joyful celebrations in our communities and societies far more than we're seeing now.

While the euphoria of these times is blinders to the insensitive sinners concerning the Lord's return, the watchful saints will enjoy these last earthly blessings in preparation to depart to be with the Lord. Matt.24:30-51. The gift of marriage helps the saints to avoid the seductive, contaminating and destructive influence of the wide spread sexual immorality. 1Cor.7:2. The gift of wealth or abundance on the other hand, strengthens the Church economically to effectively finance the capital intensive mega gospel programs and projects necessary to get the gospel to every part of the world before Jesus Christ returns. Matt.24:14.

Sadly, the plague of sexual immorality in the Church has escalated to epidemic proportion. Consequently the current influx of terrible sexual perversions like homosexuality and others is almost making fornication, adultery or masturbation sound like petty sins, and they're not! The church has become worldly and the world has become "churchy"! The Holy Spirit is terribly grieved. We should get married and show the world how to stay married, enjoying it too!

Getting married is far more than finding someone we love. It's all about seeking and finding the God-approved spouse, (2Cor.6:14-18) as we seek and find God the approver! Jer.29:11-14. This special spouse is available, waiting to be revealed as a priceless treasure and the pathway to God's auspicious favour. Prov.18:22.

Premarital sex and adultery is Satan's emissary that faithfully delivers dishonor, disgrace, and ultimate disaster to any godly marriage. Heb.13; 4. Don't buy the Devil's seductive lies, stay pure! Getting married is easier than staying married; therefore make wholesome preparation for your marriage by prayer and faith, far more than you prepare for the wedding. One is a one day affair, the other is for life!


Some of us that are married and many trying to get married are still so very raw, rash, and brash, that no good, honest, and sane earthly parent would risk joining their precious son or daughter to us with such carnal, selfish, and unrepentant disposition, let alone our just, righteous, and benevolent heavenly Father! That's why many of us are still single though we seem to be beautiful, sexy, and adorable. And, that's why many Christian marriages are constantly under great struggle! God loves you; this is not His will for you.

Being the right and ideal spouse, instead of trying to make someone the right and ideal spouse, is real humility and the beginning of great wisdom. This will put God's grace, favor, and attention in your present or potential marriage. Deal with your character, get Galatians 5:22-26. Prayerfully into your life. A God-approved marriage is heaven on earth, it's your right and inheritance, take possession if it today!
