STOP BLAMING YOUR SITUATION, START CLAIMING YOUR POSSESSIONS!

I Timothy 1:15, 16.Paraphrased.
This is a trustworthy saying, and everyone should accept it: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, heal sicknesses and diseases; and enrich poor, bankrupt people with great wealth and I was the worst sinner, with the worst health and worst economic condition. But that is why God had mercy on me, so that Christ Jesus could use me as a prime example of his great patience with even the worst sinners; His amazing healing power on even the most terrible sicknesses and diseases; and then His generous, superabundant blessings on even the worst poor, bankrupt people. Then others will realize that they, too, can believe in Jesus Christ and receive eternal life; total healing, and stupendous wealth, as undeserved free gift and inheritance. - Hallelujah!

2 Timothy 1:9-11. Paraphrased.
For God saved us and chose us as his heirs to live a holy, healthy, and wealthy life. He did this, not because we deserved it, but because that was his plan from before the beginning of time to show us his grace through Christ Jesus. And now he has made all of this plain to us by the appearing of Christ Jesus, our Savior and elder brother. He broke the power of death, sickness and disease and then bankruptcy; and illuminated the way to life and immortality, good, divine health, and great superabundant wealth, through the Good News. And God chose me to be a preacher, an apostle, and a teacher of this Good News.

Titus 1:1-2. Paraphrased.
This letter is from Paul, a slave of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ. I have been sent to proclaim faith to those God has chosen, - the sons and daughters of God, the saints and heirs of God, and to teach them to know the truth that shows them how to live godly, healthy and wealthy lives in Christ Jesus. This truth gives them confidence that they have eternal life, divine healing/health and great wealth as undeserved free gift and inheritance, which God who does not lie promised them before the world began.

Titus 3:4-7. Paraphrased.
But then God our Savior and Father revealed his kindness and love, he saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done; He healed our diseases, restoring our health, not because of our good Medicare; He enriched us with great wealth, not because of our business acumen, industry or hard work, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life; He took away our diseases and infirmities and gave us sound health; He bore our poverty and bankruptcy and gave us his entire wealth through the Holy Spirit. He generously poured out the Spirit, His amazing healing power, and His stupendous wealth upon us, as undeserved free gifts and inheritance because of what Jesus Christ our Savior and elder brother did. Because of his grace he declared us absolutely righteous, totally healed, and greatly wealthy and gave us confidence that we will inherit eternal life. Hallelujah!

Romans 4:25. Paraphrased.
He (Jesus Christ) was handed over to die, because of our sins, He was beaten, bruised and battered because of our sicknesses,(Isaiah 53:1-12), and He was handed over to become poor and bankrupt because of our abject poverty, penury and bankruptcy(2Cor.8:9), and He was raised to life to make us perfectly right and absolutely righteous in God. He was delivered from sickness and disease to make us totally healed and healthy by God. He was redeemed from poverty and bankruptcy to make us greatly and stupendously wealthy by God. All as undeserved free gifts and inheritance because we are heirs of God already. Hallelujah!

This summarizes our redemption history as joint heirs of Jesus Christ.

1) Jesus became sin for us deliberately, to destroy the power of sin over us, giving us His own righteousness. What an amazing honor! - 2Cor.5:21; 1Pet.2:24.

2) Jesus bore our sicknesses deliberately, by receiving stripes, to destroy the power of sickness and disease over us, giving us his own healing power and divine health. What a wonderful privilege! 1Pet.2:24.

3) Our Lord, Savior, and elder brother, Jesus Christ, became poor and bankrupt deliberately for us, to destroy the power of poverty and bankruptcy over us, giving us His entire great wealth as an inheritance, being his joint heirs. What a superabundant blessing! Gal.3:13, 14, 29; Gal.4:7; 2Cor.8:9.

4) Jesus Christ died the death of a sinner and a criminal deliberately for us, to destroy the power of eternal death and damnation, giving us his kind of life, eternal life. What a spectacular demonstration of God's unconditional love! Heb.2:9-18.

Now, since we're joint heirs with Jesus Christ, we receive these wonderful gifts, blessings and privileges as undeserved free gifts and inheritance simply by asking persistently.

Psalms 2:7, 8.
The king proclaims the Lord's decree: "The Lord said to me, 'You are my son. Today I have become your Father. Only ask, and I will give you the nations as your inheritance, the whole earth as your possession."

Consequently, our Lord Jesus reminds us to learn from the story of the persistent widow in Luke 18:1-8.

Hebrews 6:17, 18. Paraphrased.
God also bound Himself with an oath, so that those who received the promise as His sons and heirs could be perfectly sure that he would never change His mind. So God has given us, who are His heirs both His promise and His oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge, for salvation and eternal life, and for healing and divine health, and also for our great wealth inheritance in Christ Jesus including wisdom, knowledge and understanding, can take new courage, for we can hold on to His infallible promise with great confidence. Hallelujah!
