There are many days
In the calendar of months
But a day to remember really
Stands in legendary poise.

There are many days
With wonderful memories
To retrieve and cherish
But a day to remember is a lifetime once.

There are many days
That lift us off our feet
But a day to remember
Truly takes us to the skies.

There are many days
With doled out moments of joy
But a day to remember
Is an out of this universe happiness.

There are many days
That give us a sip of an exotic feel
But a day to remember
Is a special toast that is a savour of heaven.

There are many days
That are full of life and delight
But a day to remember
Is an over abundance of truly being alive.

There are many days
On which blessings and wishes are given
But a day to remember
Is the most beautiful one on earth
A grace chosen day selected by God Himself.
