As Granny Pam (and Great Granny), I’m drawn to pictures of infants posted by Facebook friends. My typical comments are precious and adorable. I sometimes type the brief Aww.

Aww, babies are precious. They’re simply adorable.

Anticipating celebrations of Jesus’ birth?

The faithful still come. We come to adore Him!

O Come, All Ye Faithful {John Francis Wade/1711-1786}

1 O come, all ye faithful, joyful and triumphant,
O come ye, O come ye to Bethlehem!
Come, and behold Him, born the King of angels!

Refrain:
O come, let us adore Him;
O come, let us adore Him;
O come, let us adore Him, Christ, the Lord!

2 Sing, choirs of angels; sing in exultation;
sing, all ye citizens of heav'n above!
Glory to God, all glory in the highest![Refrain]

3 Yea, Lord, we greet Thee, born this happy morning;
Jesus, to Thee be all glory giv'n!
Word of the Father, now in flesh appearing! [Refrain]

Do I adore Him; do you?

Am I giving Christ the adoration and worship He deserves?

LORD, I love You; I worship You.

Adorable!

“Whom have I in heaven but You?
And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You.
My flesh and my heart fail;
But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever (Psalm 73:25-26 NKJV).”

Adorable ... A simplistic but an exquisite word to describe our adoration of God. Truth be told, I know I fall utterly short of my adoration and worship unto the Lord. No matter how much time I spend doing such there is always time for more. Thanks for a heartwarming article. ... Vernita
