As a memory recall whilst on my way too work;a
shortcut through a field of corn,a scarecrow
seemed to say pass by here my friend,check out this
coat i wear;it may be better than the one that you
now have on,as i had some time to spare,took his
coat off and put mine on him,a fine exchange no
money needed scarecrow conceded;so have a nice day,
thank the GOOD LORD you passed my way,coat not so
new still it fitted you,as a poor scarecrow the
birds may not know;from a workman's hand his old
coat feels grand;with our handy swap i can watch
the farmer's crop,while you make your way too your
solid work,so Amen to-day would this scarecrow say.
