Hurts you had in childhood you know best
Hidden within your heart till the day of rest
Open that can of worms let them depart
To the dear Cosmos where it is absorbed

You are greedy, black as coal, jealous unkind you were told
You were slippered for not being kind to the old
Was so hurt when under the bed you crept and wept
When told to step down in class as the brain was inept

Unable to empty the heart that was wronged and bled
Kept the guilt for years on end with no words said
Kept until the day Lo and behold it dawned- it was down loaded
By a soul that was guilty and frustrated

Now that little child enclosed and loved in your own heart
Is responding to that own love and budding to love others with hate depart
This love shall grow till all illness is disposed to the Cosmos
And life lived with love showered to others with no guilt and with all abundance

What misery it was to those so close
Not knowing what this soul was undergoing with remorse
Now living light and happy with disease disposed
With prayer, meditation and a soul so composed.
