Whose there?

It’s me

Who is me and what is your status in the community?

Good question- Who am I and what is my status in the community?

 Being raised in foster care from birth, “Who am I’ was a question that constantly shouted out at me from my inter soul. It wasn’t until I realized, “Whose I am,” that I was able to identify with, “Who I am.”   And, the following scripture is my confirmation of “Whose I am.”    

  ” For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but you have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry Abba Father. The Sprit itself bearish witness with our sprit, that we are the children of God: and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.” Romans 8:15-17.

 And, being a child of God, I am:

 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.  Psalm 139:14

 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.  Romans 8:37

 And, my status in the community

 For you are a people holy to the LORD your God. The LORD your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his people, his treasured possession.  Deuteronomy 7:6
