Is it true? Jesus never rejected or turned one person away? Christ accepted the poor, the sick, the unclean and the sinners! Jesus never refused one person; many self-righteous folks refused Jesus, but the King of Kings never turned away one interested soul! He even accepted the kiss from Judas! Jesus accepted the lepers, the demoniacs, the crippled, the needy, the outcasts and the dead; Christ welcomed Nicodemus, the rich young ruler and Pilate. Jesus didn’t reject people…He gathered them!
He’s doing the same thing today! No matter where you are or what you have done – if you want to change, Christ accepts you. He wipes away the past and gives peace and joy to whoever accepts it. Jesus is still gathering folks for His kingdom.
