God is powerful and nothing in this world can beat His power. When I say God’s power, I wanted to point out each letter of the word “POWER” and give its explanation as to how I feel God’s power is for me.
P – Protector:
Psalm:91:1 – “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty”.
During difficult times, we can trust God’s protection which will carry us through. We all are not aware of the path before us but God knows it. He makes sure that He protects us and sends His angels in charge of us in keep us in our ways.
There are more verses in the Bible that says about God being our protector and we must claim those verses over us every day. We must start the day with a prayer of protection and end the day with prayer of protection. God is present with us and He will cover us under His wings to keep us safe. He’s a good Daddy!
O – Ordinator
Psalm:37:23 – “The steps of a man are established by the LORD, And He delights in his way”
Ordinator according to the dictionary is “One who ordains or establishes”. God establishes our steps or directs our steps. The path that God lays down for us has difficulties but He is a protector. This path brings us to a place where we receive God’s blessings. Let’s be confident in taking the path He has given us because He directs our steps and gives us endurance and perseverance. The path might look uncertain with all the difficulties we face but we have a God certainly powerful to establish our steps.
W – Warrior
Exodus:15:3 – “The LORD is a warrior; The LORD is His name”.
God is a mighty God and He always fights for His children. There’s no one greater than God. There are many incidents in the Bible where God has fought for His children. He fights for us in ways we cannot see and He also teaches us to fight in Prayer. When David faced a giant, he didn’t run towards the giant with a sword but standing right where he was, he said “Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts”.
Activate the word of God in you and fight the battles you face in prayer. God is fighting for you in ways you cannot see.
E – Equipper
Psalm:144:1 – “Blessed be the LORD, my rock, Who trains my hands for war, And my fingers for battle”.
God equips us with what it takes to fight a battle. God as a warrior we see the way how He fights for us and teach us how to fight our battles. That teaching which happens is in other words said as being equipped to fight battles. So God trains us with The Holy Ghost, His word and His ministers. He makes us strong and powerful to take on anything that is obstructing us from moving forward.
R – Restorer
Deuteronomy: 30:3 – “That then the LORD your God will return you from captivity, and have compassion upon you, and will return and gather you from all the nations, where the LORD your God has scattered you”.
All that we lost along that difficult path, God is faithful to restore it back but He restores it double. He leads us to the promised blessings with double portion of blessings waiting for us. Our life might look like scattered pieces but God is faithful to fix it all. He’s a God of wonders and He loves surprising His children with blessings we never expect. That is a Father’s love to His.
God is our Protector, Ordinator, Warrior, Equipper and Restorer. His power is seen in our lives because God lives in us and with us. Let’s take on what God has for you with assurance that He’s watching out for us.
