    At various times during the year, America is treated to the antics of the various fraternities and sororities which criss-cross many a college campus.  Unfortunately, because of a number of recent scandals over the past few years, college officials--among others--are wondering what’s behind those Greek Letter organizations which has caused some of them to have gone off the proverbial rails.  Rayford L.
