Make disciples or believers, which is the commission?

MATTHEW 28 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. Exodus 3:14-15 Teaching is what Jesus did with the disciples and groomed them to go forth and give the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ to the 'Nations', teaching them to be like Jesus in all ways, baptise them into the fold in the name of the Trion God. Acts 2:38 Romans 6:3 Adult persons, before they can be made Christ’s disciples, must be guided from the level of drinking milk as babies and helped along as the grow into matured individuals who can chew and eat solid food; instructed and brought to believe the great essential truths of Christianity as directed by Jesus Christ, and even to the point when they profess their faith in the Lord 1 John 5: 7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. 8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one. 9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son. 10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. 11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 

It is God that convincts but the work of the christian is to spread the word to as many as possible
