Following Not The World

We are not to be off of this world but to be part of this world where we as believers in Jesus Christ are to live the holy lifestyle as a testimony of the saving grace of the cross in our daily walk among the unbelievers.

We ought to stand out and excel wherever the Heavenly Father has put us.  Our testimony ought to be without blemish and guilt.  Our families ought to stand out in love and in orderly biblical authority, our labors ought to be done in integrity and excellence, our conduct within our relationship with man and our Heavenly Father ought to stand the test of moral integrity and honesty.

Overall the holy lifestyle in Christ Jesus is a high standard of living which is not very easy to do but is indeed very difficult if we would try to do it on our own human strength and ability. This is for this reason that the Holy Spirit had been sent to us; to aid us in our quest to live a holy life that brings honor and glory the Most High God.

“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.’ John 14:26

Therefore we need to consistently abide in the Holy Spirit every day in obedience in order for us to be able to live this holy life marked by prudence and moral integrity.
