Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more. (Ref: John 8:1-12)

Surrounded by those of her like,
About whom little did she knew,
Intimidated and in fear she stood,
Until the Savior revealed ‘those who accuse you are no better than you”

Waiting for judgment at their hands,
She waited to be stoned to death,
But little did she knew there was One greater there,
Who had given to men His own breath.

He desires to give life,
Life in abundance for sure,
And doesn’t take pleasure in punishing us,
Instead He desires to lead us to our cure.

Yet another chance of life He gave,
When He said ‘Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.”
How much more should we be thankful to Him,
Who keeps knocking ‘to heal and forgive’ at our hearts door.

And now we stand ‘not condemned’,
For God’s grace has saved us all,
This new life we’ll live for God alone,
And through His love and power ‘to sin-we shall never fall’
