Please take care as to how you are living,
Not as a fool rather as wise and knowing;
Making good use of time and not be lazy,
For the days are evil making you crazy;
So do not be foolish rather be conscious,
Of the will of the Lord who is gracious;
Be not drunk rather be filled in the Spirit,
Inviting Him in to your heart to inhabit;
Singing songs of praise from the heart,
To Jesus Christ our Lord for to impart;
Giving thanks for all unto our Father,
Through Lord Jesus Christ our Brother.
Heartfelt thanks to our God in Heaven,
Through His Son our sins are forgiven;
Remembering Him throughout our day,
Who has been blessing us in every way;
In return we should try returning the favor,
Thanking Him in song giving us a Savior;
It's not just for us and God for to delight,
But also for blessing others in our sight.
