Be faithful in your labor of love
And patience of hope in our Lord
Wait for His son from Heaven above
Whom He raised up to deliver us

Knowing you've been elected by God
Proving your salvation sure
Good news personified, in word and in deed
Exemplifying the gospel you've heard

Turning from your idols to the true and living God
In affliction your joy absolute
Received by the Spirit with assurance and power
Your testimony He will undoubtedly use
