A new day has dawned for America; a day of expectation, a day of hope and a day of religious anticipation. America has shouted out loud and clear, and God has answered the call. (Jeremiah 29:11)  Now it is up to us. We must do our part in returning to our religious roots and our Constructional freedoms.  Abraham Lincoln's quote "of the people, by the people and for the people" is just as true today as when it was penned.

And regardless of what some may think, or what some may say, America is truly a Christian nation, one founded on godly principles. We are truly "One Nation Under God.”  Yes, we serve an awesome God, a living God with real-life attributes. Among His many attributes is His control of the affairs of the world, His control over kings (governments). (Daniel 2:19-23)  And America's recent presidential election was a prime example of God's sovereignty. This election was considered the miracle of all miracles.

Not only does God control the affairs of mankind, He also gives a clear glimpse of the future through Bible prophecy. We should not be surprised, however, when we see what's happening in our world today.(Daniel 12:10) We should not be alarmed with the current frame of mind of the populace, that of a turning away from God's principles. (2 Timothy 3:1-9, 13) (2 Timothy 4:3-4)

We should not be alarmed when  the news media gives top billing to all the evil in the world today, such as the civil disturbances, unjustified murders, fake news propaganda, the political corruption, etc. (Jude 1:18-19) It's nothing but evil's attempt to discredit this recent presidential election. (Revelation 2:13)

And we should also not be troubled when the religious leaders contradict the scripture concerning the climax of the "end time" events. (2 Peter 3:3-4)  It too is just a part of Satan's overall plan of action. Our war is not one of flesh and blood, but one of spiritual warfare. (Ephesians 6:11-12)

You see, all these side show attractions are all simply a part of the Devil's overall plan of distraction and disruption, for he knows his time is short on this earth.(Daniel 12:10) He is not all-knowing as is our heavenly Father God (Matthew 11:21) but he does know his time is short.(2 Cor 11:3)

Although Christianity has won a battle in this last presidential election, the war is far from over. Evil will continue to do its dirty work on all fronts.(2 Cor 4:4)  America must pray, and pray hard. We must pray that God continues to give us the victory. We must pray specifically for the protection of our newly elected officials.  And we must pray for the fulfillment of (2 Chronicles 7:14), by way of a national revival.

God's all-knowing attribute, of seeing and knowing the future, is all important. Let us fall in line, and not turn our backs on Him. The results of this presidential election have given America a new lease on life. Let's not blow it, America, let us dedicate ourselves, as a nation to make this new revival of godly principles, and constitutional freedom happen. Amen!

Do you have a problem understanding some prophecies? Even Daniel did not understand all of the prophesies in the book of Daniel. (Daniel 12:8)   But he was instructed not to worry, as they would be revealed in due time. (Daniel 12:9, 13).

So we are not to worry, but are to keep the faith. (Hebrews 11:1, 6) We are not to get discouraged, as well. God has plans for all of us who trust in Him. (Jeremiah 29:11)

America, keep your heads up and don't get discouraged with all Satan's evil attempts of political distraction. We Christians won the battle on November 8, 2016. And the war is almost over. We will be going home soon. (1 Cor 15:51-55) (1 Thess 4:13-18)

Until then, continue to be a good citizen for Christ. You see, the authorities are established by God, and we are to submit to their authority. (Romans 13:1-7)

A word of caution: If you believe you can share the gospel by joining a political party, then do so cautiously, for much like the structured religious denominations, they may be commendable. Just don't put that particular party on a pedestal. You see, just as a denomination is an instrument for serving the gospel, the political party may be an instrument for serving human need.  If and when either entity fails to meet human needs by compromises, it's time to leave for we have a higher loyalty to God and to His purpose. Simply believe, trust and learn from the scriptures ( 2 Timothy 3:16-17), for the human elements will surely fail you.
