That morning, cold, rising like a new cloud,
and the fears of the night,
washed away by the Blood, of Jesus
and His Courage we became alive,
praising God when our new life
became bold, rising out of
the darkness meant to eat us
inside out

I have been found from the sea,
saved from the swallowing winds,
walking free without a burden,
made whole, and new,
can sing about all the burdens, fears, shame, and pain,
even sins that Christ took,
and I am free, happy and I have peace

Jesus is everything,
I used to live a life
now I have the life

I can now see God
and now He accepts me
not of my own
but for Christ in me

I have been found.
