In the past the world has hurt and in the future we are told to love so what is the difference between love and hate? One gives and one takes. In the end result you can see the look on the face as they have received love today and if they have been burned from trials in life they either became bitter or learned to better their ideas. So if a trial comes to you it is only a place to say I love you and treat others better than before for only love will open this door. For when hate comes at you there is only one move that is to be kind and gentle in truth letting your actions speak for you.
