REPENTANCE

Thousands of years past, repentance messages have been preached from generation to generations. The account of Noah, Sodom and Gomorrah, and others attest to the fact that repentance has been preached for a long while.

Nevertheless, humans, from time immemorial have rejected the message and still do. However, there's not much time to wait at present; neither is there much time to procrastinate. The word of God entreats us to have repentant hearts, so that we together with Jesus might reign in God's kingdom when finally, everything comes to an end.

Memory verse: Matthew 3:2 ...Repent ye, for the kingdom of God is at hand.

If we hearken unto His voice and repent, Jesus is ready to make His home with us. Every hour, minute, second, He knocks at the door of our hearts. (Rev. 3:20). All you need to do is to open up to Him.

See, you might have been postponing your repentance, but the truth is, God has had enough patience with us and there'll soon be no time left for us to repent even when we wish to. That's why we need to do it here and now.

Both, God's grace and the world would come to an end. On that day, everyone would account for his or her own salvation. It will be unfortunate, if you are thinking of waiting till that day so that you can seek an undeserved opportunity to repent. My dear, it'll be too late.
