Am I a....soldier...of the Cross...
Or am I....'in the way'
Of one who's really there to SERVE
Who...through the battle....STAYS!
Is what I offer to....the Cause...
Deserving of.....His Grace...
Or would the ones....who came to fight,
MY services....replace?
When battle lines are drawn....and fixed,
Is MY stand....FIRM and STRONG...
Or do I flinch....and sound "Retreat"
Not staying very long?
If worthy soldiers we would be,
We'll try to make our mark.
Remember Noah.....HE REMAINED....
And built.....FOR US.....the ARK!
