Prophecy

"There is a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance ... a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace .. a time to keep silence and a time to speak." [Eccl 3:1-8] Prophetically, what time is it , and what is to be our attitude as we live our lives?
America is facing a battle. One between darkness and light, between heaven and hell, between God and Satan (Ephesians 6:12). This is a sure sign that Jesus is coming soon! (1 Cor 15:52). Even in these troubling times, God is surely calling prophetically to His remnant that understands these times. It is a call to prayer and repentance (1 Chronicles 12:32).It is a call for action (2 Chronicles 7:14).
Yes, judgment is certainly rolling toward America. As one need only read the latest newspaper, tune in the national TV, surf the internet, or just simply talk to the next door neighbor across the back yard fence. In fact, it is downright intriguing, as you parallel the Bible with today's news (Ezekiel 38 and 39) and (Matthew 24). What a time to be alive.
Just look around, at the prophecy coming to pass, unusual weather patterns causing undue hardships, the struggling economy, blatant civil lawlessness and civil disobedience, government complacency out of control, politicians stretching the truths to win favor, wars and rumors of wars in far off unfriendly countries. In other words, America is beginning to see mass corruption and a breakdown of law and tradition.
Only the remnant that hears what the Spirit is saying can stop this coming inferno (2 Chronicles 7:14). We are living in dangerous days, when men’s hearts are failing them for fear. The Bible tells us to be like the wise virgins, not the foolish ones, and to prepare for His coming (Matthew 5:1-13). The Bible also says we can know the season and times (Matthew 24:4-28), even if we know neither the day nor the hour (Matthew 24:36) (Mark 13:32). We are in the last days. Look up, for our redemption draws near!
Yes, America is on the verge of a rude awakening, from almighty God ? Can we believers afford to be silent, as the Scriptures tells us to speak out (Isaiah 62:1) ? No!. The scripture is true, in its predictions of the last days. Difficult times are ahead (2 Timothy 313).
Satan's evil characteristics will intensify (1 Timothy 4:1-5). Mankind will hold to a form of godliness, by having a resemblance of true faith without its spiritual dynamics. The human race will result to having ungodly attributes such as being lovers of self and lovers of money, being boastful, being arrogant, being disobedience, being ungrateful, being unholy, being unloving, being irreconcilable, resulting to malicious gossips, having no self control, having a brutal disposition, being haters of good, being recklessly treacherous and conceited, and resolving to being lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God ( 2 Timothy 3:1-5). Now, does this mindset of Satan bring anyone to mind ? Do these traits bring any church or church membership to your recollection ? I surely hope and pray not, we must not be mislead (Matthew 24:3).
So, how does one survive in these evil last days ? As Christians, what should we do, to avert this type "end time" behavior ? What should we do, in our everyday life, to fight off these last days evil attacks ? Simply put, we should not confirm to this present world, but we should be transformed by having a renewed spirit (Romans 12:1-2). We should lay aside all anger, all wrath, all malice, all slander, and all abusive language (Colossians 3:8). We should only set our minds on the things of the kingdom (Colossians 3:2).
We should be ready to concede to a heart of compassion, towards one another and towards our church (Colossians 3:12), by using godly wisdom (Colossians 3:5). And above all, we should be ready to forgive one another (Colossians 3:13). Realizing forgiveness is often times a hard chore to master, we should commit this one Christian duty to much prayer (Colossians 3:2).
I perceive the end, as we know it to be , is very near. Satan knows his time is short. Thus, he is waging an all out assault against the people of God. Let us not fall prey to Satan's subtle seductions (Psalm 107:10-11). You see, Satan isn't interested in turning us into an all out reprobate. All he wants is for us to rebel in just one area of our loves, and he has us (James 3:14-16).
And in these last days, Satan has his minions on alert to provide him with intelligence reports on our lives. These demonic forces read our actions and hear our conversation. They pick up on our fleshly weaknesses, in order to destroy our testimonies. We cannot let this happen (James 4:7). Especially, in these last days. That's why is of the utmost importance, for us believers to stick together (Hebrews 10:25)
"The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you." (Romans 16:20).
Author's Post Script
I surely believe this is the "End Of Time", as we know it, and we are fighting the greatest spiritual battle in all of church history. We are to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16). And speaking again, concerning the end of the ages, Jesus said (Luke 21:36).
And, in these "last day's I am concentrating my dedication on God's call of repentance, as given in (2 Chronicles 7:14). And focusing particularly on the so-called structured churches. You see, there are numerous adequate churches, enough Christian TV programs, and more than a sufficient count of named Christians, to set this world on fire for the Lord, Reference (Acts 1:8) (Acts 2:37-47) (Matthew 28:18-20). What do you intend to do about it ?
