This has been said for years
Consider it and save some tears
But it's doesn't make sense
And you all sound rather dense
This Jesus, have you seen him before?
To believe such fantasy is more a chore
He seems quite real to many
But to some its all tyranny
strange and weird, those who never knew him
told of his birth, death and coming
what seemed rather silly abstract
over the years now becomes many a fact
But wait, did you say your bible foresaid
And spoke of things that might happen ahead
Well, the bible may be true history even testimony
but it earns me no money
Why should i bother about a book
I'm not sure I want that hook
Yet things in this world keep happening
Wars and storms and famine
The news keep coming steady
Take the cues and better get ready
