Lord...
Just like David
When my heart is overwhelmed
I will not be afraid
I will hold onto you
I will remember your faithfulness
I will declare your mercy, your kindness and your love
I will lay on the rock of my salvation
I will be at peace in you

In times of trouble
You are my peace
In times of laughter
You are my joy
In times of sadness
You are the lifter of my head
In times of nothing
You are my all
You are everything to me

Sometimes I feel like the world will soon collapse
And surely I will crush under it
But when you cover me with you wings
And speak your word to me
I feel the lifting
My heart, my head lifted

I see the sun behind the clouds
Shining down on me
Telling me of your goodness
You will deliver me
You will speak comfort to me
You will tell me my worth
You alone Lord
Can deliver me from the snares of this world

You alone Lord
I will wait for, You alone
