God’s mercy is Great
He does things that many people will not expect

Historians tell us that the shepherds that were around
When Jesus was born were considered to be compulsive liars and
Thieves—they were considered the scum of society!
They were not allowed to testify in court but God the Father would
Give them the privilege to testify about His Son—
It is interesting to note that the first group of people to
Worship Jesus were the scum of society and
At the death of Jesus on the Cross
The scum of society was also next to Him
One thief also gave Him worship on the cross—
God started the life of Jesus drawing the scum of society and
The life of Jesus ended with the scum of society next to Him

God’s mercy is Great
He does things that many people will not expect

The second group to worship Jesus were the magi
They were princely men who came from the Gentile nations
In order to worship the Prince of Peace and King of Kings
The magi were great scholars and scientist –
Here we see the Mind of God
He does not exclude anyone from Salvation
Salvation is for the scum of the society and
Salvation is for the wealthy and educated i.e.
Both groups need Salvation

God’s mercy is Great
He does things that many people will not expect

Today everyone under Heaven needs Salvation
satan can never be redeemed—
A fact that he is well aware of and this is
One of the reasons why he hates the saints—
Even if satan should ask for forgiveness
It would be a lie—the principle is clear that
Whoever rebels in God’s Place cannot be forgiven—
God’s mercy is so Great that He placed us on earth
(Took us out of His Place)
So if man would rebel there would be the possibility that
Man could be redeemed—God’s mercy is Great
He does things that many people will not expect
